One of the most common questions we receive is:
What are people actually seeing after installing AC Shade?
It's a fair question.
Every home is different.
Every air conditioner is different.
Climate, sun exposure, insulation, thermostat settings, equipment condition, utility rates, ductwork, and dozens of other variables can influence performance.
For that reason, we never promise specific results.
But after thousands of installations across Arizona, Florida, Alabama, Texas, Missouri, Idaho, Nevada, and other hot-weather climates, certain patterns continue to emerge.
Interestingly, many of these homeowners have never spoken to one another.
Yet they continue reporting many of the same observations.
Cooler Air at the Vents
One of the most common themes is cooler air coming from supply vents.
Lawrence G. shared:
"I took before and after vent temperatures. I let the unit run for 1 hour each test. Before I installed the AC Shade, my vent temperature was 65 degrees. After installation of the AC Shade, my vent temperatures are 56° and this is with an 85° outside air temperature."

MediaMan3D using Tesla solar monitoring reported:
"The data from our Tesla solar system shows that our AC uses a rate of 6.5 kWh when this shade is applied to the external condenser versus 7.5 kWh when the external condenser is in direct sun."
