AC Shades Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your AC Shade and we’re always happy to help troubleshoot installation or fitment questions before considering a return.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment.

Returns

Unused and unassembled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Because AC Shade products are exposed to outdoor conditions and may show signs of assembly or installation, opened or assembled returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 18%, depending on condition.

Installation / Fitment Support

Before requesting a return, we strongly encourage customers to contact us directly. Many installation, fitment, and wind-related concerns can be resolved quickly with setup adjustments or support.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Warranty

AC Shade products remain covered under our warranty policy even if minor approved installation reinforcements (such as PVC glue on designated joints) are used.
