1. Limited Warranty

AC Shade LLC (“we,” “us,” or “AC Shade”) warrants to the original purchaser (“you”) that your AC Shade product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the following periods:

  • Frame: 3 years, no-questions-asked (normal validation steps still apply)
  • Canopy (structural): 3 years
  • Canopy (fabric/UV-resistance): 10 years

Registration Requirement: To activate this warranty, you must register your product with AC Shade LLC within 60 days of delivery using your order number. Registration can be completed online at [cooleriscooler.com/register] or by returning the included registration card.

1.1 What’s Covered

  • Structural failure of the frame (bending, breaking, weld separation) under normal wind loads up to 85 mph.
  • Fabric tears, seam failures, or structural damage to the canopy under normal outdoor exposure.
  • UV degradation of canopy fabric under normal outdoor exposure.

1.2 What’s Not Covered

  • Damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unapproved modification.
  • Damage from winds exceeding 85 mph if the product was left in place.
  • Normal wear and tear (fading, minor scuffs, fabric pilling).
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.
  • Shipping costs to return the product for inspection will be at your expense; shipping of replacement parts will be covered by AC Shade LLC.

1.3 How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact Support: Email support@cooleriscooler.com with:

  • Your name, address, and date of purchase

  • Photos or video clearly showing the damage or defect

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

 

Approval & Return Authorization: If we determine it’s a valid warranty claim, we’ll email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.

Ship It Back: Pack the defective part(s) securely, include the RA number on the outside of the box, and ship to the address we provide. Broken or damaged parts must be returned to the factory.

Replacement or Repair: Once we receive and inspect the returned part(s) at our factory, we’ll ship replacement part(s) to you at our expense.

1.4 Your Exclusive Remedy & Liability Limitations

  • Your sole remedy for any breach of this warranty is limited to repair or replacement as described above.
  • We expressly disclaim all other warranties, express or implied (including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
  • Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will AC Shade LLC be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including lost utility savings, loss of use, or property damage), even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

1.5 Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma (without regard to its conflicts-of-law provisions).
